As used on our mk7 gti track golf, these cost effective rear toe arms from hardrace are perfect for geting that complete control of the toe of the rear of the car and making sure it stays there. 
 
We run the hardened rubber bush variation , however there is also pillowball for all out track cars which we generally dont reccomend for road use. For a comparison of the 2 types read this.

We reccomend running either a small amount of toe 'in' at the rear for rear end stability at high speed. Or if you plan on staying on smaller tight twisty tracks we actaully run neutral toe. This helps the car rotate in the corners however just be more careful as it makes the rear alot more playful!
