We have 2 options for spring rates that you can choose from, first in 'stock' which comes from YSR from standard which is 8kg front and 5kg rear. This is perfect for fast road applications.
 
However it has been found through thorough testing on the racetrack by our freinds AREA MOTORSPORT, that actually running slightly stiffer 'custom' spec springs benefits these cars out on track. (9kg front , 8kg rear). We run this spec in our MK7 GTI Track Tool and its still perfectly fine to drive on the road without any discomfort.
